CASINO OUT OF NOWHERE THEMATIC EVENT

It’s always a great pleasure to organize an event for a client who is ready to rock the party. This company Christmas party for 700 people was fun from the very first moment when our client decided on the Las Vegas theme. Our team was challenged to deliver something both out of the box both familiar elements of the great American theme while keeping in mind the safety regulations that this pharmaceutical company employs first.

We were more than happy to install slot machines and other games tables in the event venue’s lobby to create a secret casino ambiance for our guests. Also note, after some governmental regulations there are only a few casinos open to the public, it is prohibited, therefore pressing the button to get the triple cherry, it’s a niche surprise experience for many.

Our creative team was challenged to restructure a boring empty event hall enough big to have 700 people in. With the help of one of the best movies set design building creatives we used cocktail tables and tabletop decoration to divide the space in a gentle manner. For dining, drinking, talking and also, dancing. With live bands performing, with a special video montage running on the screen featuring Las Vegas drama queen legend Gabor Zsazsa and dancing flamingos, we have never seen so many people dancing in a thematic event!

Altogether this thematic party experience also strengthened our team and we gained plenty of confidence. If we’d choose one thing, we’re proud of was the perfect mix of large scale event management while having very strong attention to detail. While 700+people were registered and amused we still had the effort to make a memorable entrance. With an old-timer pink Cadillac, decorate the restrooms and more-over pimp the always trashy smoking area into a movie poster and retro furniture stacked boudoir. Waow. When’s the next party?
