Our Team is Your Team

Coordinators: Your conferences & meetings will all be handled by one Event Coordinator and his team so you will only have one person to communicate with during the preparation.
All participants will also have access to a multilingual personal coordinator service. Coordinators will handle all travel or conference related requests and needs communicating directly with participants.

Local Staff: Besides the Coordinators of the event who will continuously be on the spot during the event, our multilingual event support team is composed of hostesses, interpreters, personal assistants and underguides depending on your request. For events over a certain size we always build an 'Info Point' at the venue to support participants with all ground handling services they may need from photocopies to table & program bookings and more…
