Insight: people remember good times, good vibes, like the one during a summer festival.

With a compelling background as an award winner female skipper in sailing, our CEO Vilma came up together with our office to create the ultimate seaside summer party. An ambiance which will trigger the feel-good-mood when you land with your yacht in the evening in a foreign port. You wonder around in the vivid life, have awesome tapas, spritzers and simply just feel good.

Since most of their invitees arrive either from downtown offices or live in the posh 5th district in the heart of the city, it was foremost important to offer a centrally located, however also new event space to our client. It also had to feel cosmopolitan, modern with a touch of edgy history to emphasize the Cushman company values.

For the yachting/festival theme we briefed the catering manager and chef to create summer-inspired drinks and meals for the Budapest client party, that’s how we ended up with elaborate and capricious spritzers and for the dishes, ratatouille, salmon with lemon-herb marinade, shell-shaped green pesto pasta, crab salad and an amazing, truly spectacular passionfruit panna cotta.

Even though the Turkish President’s visit shut down the city center for long hours (our décor team couldn’t pass a street – 50 m – because of the arriving motorcade for a full hour) the event became a hit. Especially when our staff showed up in matching white jeans, striped shirts, and the indispensable captain hats for the memorable client party.
