1.1 The Company provides destination management services, including but not limited to:
1.2 All services are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms as specified in individual service agreements („Contract”).
2.1 Bookings can be made through email, or by phone.
2.2 To confirm a booking, full or partial payment may be required, as specified in the Contract.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered alternative arrangements or a full refund.
3.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including names, contact details, and any specific requirements.
3.2 Clients are responsible for complying with local laws, customs, and regulations during their stay or participation in activities arranged by the Company.
4.1 Prices for services are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Payment terms will be specified in the booking confirmation. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of services.
5.1 Cancellation by Client:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled date of service will receive a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.
Cancellations made between 13-4 days before the scheduled date of service will receive a partial refund, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled date of service.
5.2 Cancellation by Company:
The Company reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
In such cases, clients will be offered alternative arrangements or a full refund.
5.3 Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by:

7.1 Any complaints regarding our services should be reported to the Company as soon as possible to allow for timely resolution.
7.2 The Company will make every effort to address and resolve any complaints in a fair and reasonable manner.
8.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary.
9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
